A fierce gun battle ensues, and the Postman escapes. The team discovers about Postman to smuggle a dangerous chemical weapon into the country.

Reddington and the team raid the warehouse. Again met with fierce resistance from The Postman and his men. In the final scene, the Postman reveals that there is a much larger and more sinister plot at play, and that he was just a small part of it.

Blacklist Season 10 Episode 10 Opening

The episode 10 of The Blacklist starts with a violent prison scene where a man named Lou defends himself against three attackers. Meanwhile, Ressler is sponsoring a man who is doing well in his recovery. At Red’s house, Cooper confronts him about killing two individuals and reminds that FBI is not a hit squad. Red dismisses Cooper’s concerns and mentions a recent prison shooting, suspecting it to be the work of a notorious smuggler named the Postman.

The Postman is quickly rising in the world of prisoner contraband and goes by the name Lawrence Nelson. Cooper is skeptical of Red’s intentions and questions the angle. The conversation ends with Red suggesting to worry about their investigation tomorrow and focus on the prison shooting for now.

Nelson’s Involvement In A Deadly Toxin

Thirty years ago, Harold Cooper was the only juror who voted not guilty in the State of Maryland vs. Lawrence Nelson trial. Now, Cooper is leading the task force investigation into Nelson, who was released from prison on good behavior five years ago and has since vanished. Nelson went to prison for killing his manager.

Cooper believes that he is working with The Postman, a dangerous smuggler of prisoner contraband, who is now spreading his influence to the outside world. The task force begins their investigation by questioning Lou, the shooter in a recent prison attack. However, Lou refuses to speak and other interviews with prisoners also yield no results.

Malik discovers that Lou’s brother moved $10,000 just before the attack to a shell company, but they refuse to speak as well. Cooper suggests that Red might know someone at Acordia Bank, where Nelson may have an account.

A Decision That Haunts Cooper 30 Years Later

Thirty years back, Cooper was the only juror who voted not guilty in the State of Maryland vs. Lawrence Nelson trial. The other jurors were unhappy with his decision, claiming that they had DNA evidence against Nelson. However, Cooper stood his ground, not to destroy a young man’s life just because they were in a hurry to go home.

In the present day, Red visits Benny at Acordia Bank to obtain information about Lawrence Nelson. Red threatens him with a gun to obtain Nelson’s records. Meanwhile, Ressler and Malik interrogate Gina, who they believe is the Postman, and learn that Nelson is helping a prisoner make a deadly toxin using rare rosaries made from the Abrus precatorius vine.

Nelson Race Against Time to Stop a Bio-Weapon Attack

Cooper realizes that Nelson plans to sell the lethal toxin, Abrin, and calls Red for help. Red provides him with more information on Abrin. Meanwhile, Cooper discovers that Nelson plans to target a government building in Baltimore. Cooper believes that Nelson is seeking revenge on Christopher Jay.

Ressler and Malik explore a cabin but they discover that Nelson has already fled. They find a map of a building in Baltimore, but it doesn’t specify which building it is. Herbie informs Cooper that the target could be the Attorney General’s office. He contacts Red and confirms that they have a bio-weapon threat on their hands. They must act fast before Nelson carries out his plan.

Cooper Uncovers New Evidence

After the task force apprehended Nelson. Cooper presented a file to him containing a transcript of his ex-girlfriend’s first conversation with the police on the night of Carrie Baker’s murder. He asserts that prosecutor Christopher Jay arranged the deal, driven by his political aspirations at the time.

Cooper tells Nelson that he will do everything in his power to have the original crime expunged from his record and hold Jay accountable. Although Nelson asks what difference it makes, Cooper says that it makes all the difference.

Meanwhile, Ressler meets with the man he is sponsoring who is struggling with addiction. The man admits that he feels like people are watching him and expecting him to mess up. Ressler pours the man’s pills into his coffee and tells him they will wait together until the meeting later.

The Postman is a fantastic episode of The Blacklist that keeps the viewers engaged from start to finish. The action scenes are intense and well choreographed, and the plot is gripping and full of suspense.
