Season 2 of Wednesday might not release on Netflix.
The hit series Wednesday, featuring Jenna Ortega who played the role of a young teenager, Wednesday Addams, debuted on Netflix last year in November. The series was the most viewed and broke the record of Stranger things.
The series was a huge success. The fans praised the performance of Ortega as a sullen teenager and they are eager to see what season 2 brings.
However, season 2 of the series might not be released on Netflix. The series is a Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) product which means that the series might release on Amazon’s biggest streamer Prime Videos rather than Netflix. The news has not been confirmed yet maybe Netflix remains the host of the franchise.
The official announcement for season 2 has not been made yet but the filmmakers are on the hunt for shooting locations and writers.
Wednesday is currently streaming on Netflix.
