A psychological thriller television series is based on the book written by Caroline Kepnes. The first season of the series, which is based on the book You premiered on Lifetime, debuted in September 2018. It follows serial murderer and bookshop manager Joe Goldberg as he falls in love and experiences severe obsession.

In spite of being surrounded by narcissistic socialites while assuming the identity of Jonathan Moore, a professor of literature at a university in London, Joe is shocked to discover that he enjoys teaching. But when wealthy members of London’s elite start dying off like flies, Joe realizes there might be another murderer hiding among them.

The main character in the killer series includes Penn Badgley, Tati Gabrielle, Lukas Gage, Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman, and Ed Speleers.
