‘The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck’ book’s documentary soon to be launched.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck penned down by author Mark Manson is all set to be turned into a documentary and give the book a life. Manson’s best selling self help book assesses the desire with happiness that exists in society.
The documentary is directed by Nathan Price and produced by Matthew Metcalfe. The book was published in 2017 and it has sold more than 15 million copies around the world. Manson, who plays the lead in the documentary, guides the narrative, “cuts through the crap to offer his not-giving-a-#@% philosophy: a dose of raw, refreshing honesty that shows us how to live more contented, grounded lives.”
One of the main ideas in Manson’s book and the trailer is how to be truly positive, appreciative, and, as a result, joyful and happy. It involves changing your mindset to realize that the idealized future that social media promotes or what the brain perceives as “better” isn’t the end-all and be-all. Manson says, “There’s just a few things in life that are ever worth giving a fuck about,” at the end of the song.
He further says, “It’d be a hell of a lot easier if I could just hit you with six easy steps to life success. But to really get into this stuff, you’ve got to feel it.”
The fascinating new documentary The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck from Universal has debuted its first trailer.
The movie is all set to be released in theatres on January 4, 2023.
