Ridley Scott’s Napoleon Features Heroic Battle at CinemaCon

Sony shares the footage of an epic battle from Ridley Scott’s Napoleon starring Joaquin Phoenix as the French Emperor and Military leader. 

During Monday night at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, The action thriller from Apple Original Films is scheduled to roll out in theaters on November 22,2023. The move is to be Directed by Scott from a screenplay by David Scarpa, which is a welcome news for cinema owners as Apple is now serious about entering the theatrical niche. 

The movie itself is a story taking back to Napoleon’s origins followed by colonial subjugation from his empire. In the footage, the gloomy and snowy scene opens in a battlefield after Napoleon’s forces have been discovered by Russian and Austrian armies.

We can also see him screaming, “Wait! Let them think they have the high ground” as he stands atop a hill witnessing the bloodshed carnage while cannons fire down its fellow soldiers falling into frozen lakes. 

Ridley Scott’s Napoleon was teased at CinemaCon which is being hosted in Las Vegas inside Caesars Palace from April 24-27.
