President Biden to Decide on Release of Duke’s Visa Records
A judge in DC has given President Joe Biden a one week deadline regarding the case of Heritage Foundation against Prince Harry.
DHS has not responded to the request from the foundation in which they pointed to Duke Of Sussex admissions of drug use. The department argued that proceeding with an order to force DHS to expedite the request should not happen because they have not provided an explanation of how this would affect them
The Heritage Foundation has taken legal action against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as they have not yet received a response to their Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The foundation justified their request by referring to duke’s previous admission of drug use, as mentioned in his memoir Spare. However, three DHS agencies under President Biden , including USCIS and US Customs and Border Protection, have already rejected the FOIA request. DHS Headquarters has not yet responded, and during the hearing, Mr. Bardo stated that they have not conducted a search for the files.
DHS argued that the FOIA request was denied by US Customs and Border Protection due to the Prince’s consent for the release of the files. During the court proceedings, Mr. Bardo further stated that the court considers an individual’s visa information as confidential.
After the hearing, reporters were informed by Mike Howell, the director of the Oversight Project at The Heritage Foundation, that the “everyday American” is tired of globalist elites lecturing and dominating cultural institutions, with Prince Harry being cited as an example.
Howell also emphasized the frustration with the broken immigration system, pointing out the perceived dual standard in play on a daily basis.
Also on Tuesday, Prince Harry gave evidence in his phone hacking trial in London against the publisher of a UK tabloid.
