‘Blade’ will bring terrifying villain in Phase 5

In large part thanks to Scarlet Witch’s activities in Doctor Strange 2, Blade may introduce a sinister and deadly antagonist in the MCU’s Phase 5.

The Multiverse Saga has paved the stage for the introduction of new characters, some of whom have already been brought to life on the big screen in universes outside of the MCU, as the MCU continues to grow. One of them is Blade, who will now be portrayed by Mahershala Ali. After making his “debut” in a voice cameo in the film Eternals, Blade is prepared to make a comeback in his own film, simply dubbed Blade.

Blade will be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s (MCU’s) supernatural side, which has already been explored in the Television shows Moon Knight and the Halloween special Werewolf by Night. The Blade will be the MCU’s first introduction to vampires. The plot of Blade is currently unknown because it won’t be released until 2024.

Blade

Scarlet Witch can come back thanks to Blade’s entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the potential villainization of Chthon. Scarlet Witch was trapped when the Darkhold Castle collapsed at the conclusion of Doctor Strange, but because major MCU characters don’t typically pass away, Scarlet Witch is anticipated to make a cameo appearance in the Multiverse Saga at some point. She might be propelled back into action by Chthon’s ascension, and she might prove to be an important ally of Blade, which might also allow her to atone for the damage she did in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Hence, Blade may not only introduce an Elder God into the MCU and turn him into one of the most potent antagonists of Phase 5, but also can be the key in Scarlet’s Witch.
