‘Avatar: The Way Of Water’ has passed $600M Global Box Office

James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water has surpassed the $600M mark globally thanks to solid and consistent mid-week performance. After its $441.6M opening weekend, it quickly surpassed $500M globally earlier this week. The current global total, which includes $426.8 million from foreign box offices, is $609.7 million as of Wednesday.

Way of Water now ranks No. 5 for a Hollywood film on the 2022 foreign ranking, surpassing Thor: Love and Thunder and The Batman thanks to the offshore cume.

The 20th Century Studios/Disney sequel garnered $40.5M from foreign markets on Tuesday, and another $39.5M on Wednesday.
